- We offer many programs for all levels of Riding from Beginner to Grand Prix.
- We have a full service boarding facility from training horses to lessons for both you and your horse.
- We have great lesson packages.
- You may also Trailer in your horse for lessons.
Our philosophy is to bring out the best in both the horse and rider to help them to achieve their personal riding goals.
**All Lessons Require a Minimum of 24 hours Cancellation Notice or you will be charged for lesson.**
Bounce check fee is $50
**All clients must groom and tack up their horses before each lesson.**
**If you are doing a PRIVATE lesson and need help to tack up and groom the horse.
Please allow 10 to 20 mins which is included in the private lesson time. **
**Please Remember Safety always must come first.**

In order to participate in a GROUP lesson students must be able to tack up the horse by themselves.
- Be ready and waiting in arena at lesson time and be able to walk and trot by themselves and have control of the horse.
We have great LESSON HORSES available for lessons and showing.
All our lesson horses are of show quality.
Horse Show Information
Show Fees -- Local Shows
- Coaching/Training Fee/Horse show Ride per day --$85
- Practice the night before the Show -- $85
- Groom Services -- $75 per day (Include settings up stalls, tack room set up, grooming, tacking up, cooling off, washing off, stall cleaning, Feeding AM and PM (Does not Include washing horse before show)
- Tack room/Stall Set up etc -- $25 (if not doing groom services)
- Washing horse before show --$30
- Shavings -- Price will vary depending on show and how many bags needed.
- Hauling -- $100 Price may vary depending on gas prices. Please check with Sarah before show.
- Clipping and Mane pulling - $50
- Body Clipping -- $150
- Tack Stall prices will vary between shows. (To be divided up among Clients showing.)
- Hay/Feed prices will vary between shows. (To be divided up among Clients showing.)
- Trainers Expenses - Feed and Hotel or Rv hookup to be divided amongst all clients at the show
****Lesson HORSES available for showing. All expenses must be paid/split by clients
For example - Stall, shavings - Class entries and all other showing fees.****
Out of State Shows
- Coaching/Training Fee/Horse show Ride per day -- $95
- Practice/Schooling the day/night before the Show -- $85
- Groom Services -- $50 - $100 per day prices vary depending on show and going rates(Include settings up stalls, grooming, tacking up, cooling off, stall cleaning and bathing. Feeding AM and PM)
- Shavings -- Price will vary depending on show and how many bags needed.
- Hauling -- Price may vary depending on gas prices.
- Clipping and Mane pulling -- $50
- Body Clipping -- $150
- Braiding rates may vary depending on horse show
- Tack room Set up -- $35
- Tack Stall, Hay/Feed and Shavings to be divided amongst all clients at the show with horses.
- Trainers Expenses - Food and Hotel or Rv hookup to be divided amongst all clients at the show
Looking at Prospective Sale Horses
- Local -- $100
- Out of state -- $150 a day plus hotel, and travel expenses to be paid.
Sales Commission
If you are buying or selling a horse the sales commission is 15% to be paid to S & F Ranch LLC . This means if you are buying a horse and S & F Ranch helps to find the right horse for you. The Finders Fee is 15% of the Final purchase price to be paid to S & F Ranch by the buyer. Selling Fee's are 15% of the Final Sales price to be paid to S & F Ranch by the Seller.
